I suppose this music is all about consumption and what you can do with it. I strictly used samples from my iTunes library at the time, and made the songs while watching television. I know I should have better documented my sources, as I’ve forgotten most of them now, but this song’s obvious appropriation is Neu’s “Isi”. The EP is 6 songs, all ~1 minute long. A quiet piece. Minimalist like the Carsten Nicolai pieces with clicks, cuts, shifts and drones mostly taken from my guitar and shaker. To me, the song seems very physical and natural. Thanks for listening!
